Professional development & clinical supervision

Deepening theoretical knowledge and enhancing applied experience with other helping professionals and trainees.

I offer individual and group supervision to all helping professionals from students to highly experienced supervisors. I often work with supervisees with complex cases such as long-term conditions, adverse childhood experiences, trauma, addiction, and neurodivergence. I support supervisees looking to make changes to their practice, whether that’s changing where they find clients, setting up their online practice, or balancing their work and home life.

My supervisees work with adults, children, young people, relationships and families in private practice, schools, charities, EAPs and agencies.

In all of my work, I am neurodiversity affirming and anti-oppressive.

I offer integrative supervision using the Hawkins & Shohet’s Seven-Eyed Model, Stoltenberg, Delworth and McNeill’s Integrative Developmental Model, Inskipp & Proctor’s Model, Page & Wosket’s Cyclical Model, Gilbert & Clarkson’s Key Issues Model and Holloway’s Systems Approach Model.

As a psychotherapist, I work integratively using humanistic, experiential and psychodynamic approaches including person-centred, narrative therapy, gestalt therapy, sand tray and creative methods and IFS, as well as EMDR, solution focused therapy, CBT and psychoeducation. My background is in psychology, Kleinian psychoanalytic work with children and Freudian psychodynamic work with young people, adults and relationships.
