Payment and Cancellations

making payment

We ask you to pay at time of booking an appointment. Your appointment is only secured on payment. This will be refunded/carried over if you cancel/rearrange more than 48 hours before the appointment.

You can make payment by card through the booking page.

Other arrangements can be made for bank transfer if needed.

if you need to change or cancel

If you cannot attend the appointment, you can change your booking to something that suits you better, via the confirmation email you received, or just let me know and I can change it for you.

If you need to make a change or cancel with short notice, please let me know as soon as you can. I will try to accommodate changes in time/day within the week where I can. Unless otherwise agreed, if you give less than 48 hours notice and we cannot find another slot that week, you may be charged the full fee.

If you do not show up for an appointment, or cut an appointment short, you will be charged the full fee.

refunds

If you are due a refund, I will refund to the card you paid with via the payment gateway. If we have agreed any other payment methods, we will also agree the process for refunds.

Please let me know of any reasons that you may not be able to give notice for cancelling or rearranging appointments with 48 hours notice.

Please let me know if you are unable to make payments. I am able to offer some concessionary rate sessions.
